- Communication: Overall great communication, timely and quick follow-ups. Also great management of time off with properly looping in colleagues who can take over and actually help (as opposed to defer until the lead comes back)
- Quality of candidates: I feel it is overall quite good and certainly matched my expectation in terms of load and quality. The statistics is that we extended offer to 2 out of 11 candidates (~18%) and we actually had 1 hire (~9%). The proportion of Junior vs Mid level in the offers so far is 1:1, which is not bad, but It would be much better if we can also see Jun/Mid/Senior -> 1:1:2 :)
- Candidate background & information: all candidate profiles had sufficient level of detail in terms of their status with respect of interest, competing processes and remuneration expectations.
- Process wise - I am not sure if it us (Uber) that break anything, but it seems we do more back and forth comms with candidates than needed (ie both Uber and MiNDS communicate availability of candidate for interview). This might also be good as sometimes we see gaps in Uber's own comms...
Quality of the work and the level of commitment match the high bar set by external references and my own expectations. I am really impressed by the delivery on promise and I would certainly be happy to continue our work and would highly recommend your team to anyone who needs to hire IT talent.
